For safety and legal reasons we do not handle hazardous materials such as paint, chemicals, solvents, asbestos, medical waste or fuel. We will point you to the correct disposal facility for those.

No. Our crew carries everything out from wherever it sits, including upstairs rooms, attics, basements, garages and back yards.

Yes. We work around CR&R's carts, chute rules and the third-Saturday bulky pickup, and we handle the items and timing the standard Village service does not cover.

Yes. Usable goods go to local Orange County charities first, recyclable materials go to recyclers, and only the remainder is disposed of.

Yes. We are a fully licensed and insured local crew, so your home and property are protected on every job.

Not always. If items are outside or in a garage we can collect without you present. For anything inside the home, someone 18 or older needs to be there.

Same-day and next-day pickups are usually available. Larger estate or construction jobs benefit from a day or two of notice so we can size the crew correctly.

Cash, check and major credit cards, with no extra charge for card payments. Payment is due after the job is complete.
