What Happens on the Day
The crew arrives inside your window with a truck, dollies, straps and floor protection. You walk them through what goes, they confirm the flat rate, and then the work is entirely theirs. Nothing needs to be moved to the curb first, and nothing needs to be disassembled by you.
Furniture is padded on the way out, doorways and stair corners are protected, and the crew sweeps the area once the load is out. Most single-room jobs take under an hour, while a full estate cleanout can take most of a day.
Where Your Items Go Afterward
Nothing goes straight to a landfill if it can be avoided. Usable furniture and household goods are offered to local Orange County charities first. Metal, wood, cardboard, electronics and mattresses go to their appropriate recyclers. Only what remains after that is disposed of.
What We Cannot Take
For safety and legal reasons we do not handle hazardous materials such as paint, solvents, chemicals, asbestos or medical waste. If you have any of those, tell us when you book and we will point you to the correct disposal facility.
