Trash Chutes
In some buildings, chutes accept bagged trash only, no boxes, no large items. Break down boxes and dispose of them properly, and never force oversized items down a chute.
No Early or Loose Trash
Don't leave trash outside except on collection days, and always use the official CR&R carts following the 'What Goes Where' guidelines.
Construction & Renovation Waste

Mutual-Specific Rules
Third Mutual, United Mutual and the Towers may each have additional internal rules on placement, access and bulky items. When in doubt, check with Resident Services, or let us handle it; we know the rules mutual by mutual.
